Warranty Policy

Your RaveRunner Hydration Pack is covered under a 90-day* warranty in case you experience any issues due to a manufacturers defect. It is at the discretion of GenZ to determine whether or not your warranty claim is approved and warranty claims may only be filed for issues directly related to a manufacturers defect. Issues that are experienced due to negligence, improper use, letting your friend borrow your RaveRunner, or general wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Issues that may be covered under the 90-day warranty are as follows: stitching issues, bladder malfunction, strap malfunction, buckle malfunction and ripping/tearing of the fabric.

User-caused damage to your RaveRunner is not covered under warranty.

>For all warranty claims**, please email [email protected] with your original order number, photos of the damage to your item, and a brief explanation of your claim. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our facility for inspection. Please provide us with your shipping receipt, including a tracking number. If the claim is approved, we will provide reimbursement for the cost of shipping in the form of store credit only and cover the cost of shipping for any replacement item(s). If the claim is denied, there will be no reimbursement for shipping costs and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the original item to be returned.

*90-Day time frame starts from the day of delivery.

**Warranty policy does not cover EL Wire, UnderGlow attachments, and/or Custom Skins. If you are experiencing issues with these items, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
